If you choose to provide your contact information, it will be kept strictly confidential, used solely for internal verification or follow-up, and will never be published or shared with third parties. All submitted artifacts, prompts, and logs will be rigorously scrubbed of Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI), and proprietary system data before being considered for publication. Our objective is the scientific documentation of systemic AI risks to foster collective security, not the exposure of individual practitioners, facilities, or institutions.
